About K9CA and our Dog Trainers

Mary Siero, Stephanie Daniel, Sharon Stogner

One reason we started K9CA was to do as much community service as possible!

We believe that giving back is important and that well-trained dogs are a fantastic way to help people in the community! We have a volunteer therapy group, K9 Waggers (all certified, insured through ATD), who spend time visiting nursing homes, retirement communities, businesses, schools, etc, to share the love of dogs!

We also have a volunteer Performance Team who trains weekly and performs a musical tricks routine. This group also visits retirement centers, etc, and attends festivals and community events.

Our dogs are members of the AKC K9 Ambassadors, which means they volunteer to go to schools and youth programs to teach about dogs and dog safety.

We also support several shelters/rescues in our area, including:

We help volunteers/staff with training, sponsor, host & attend events, make donations, offer discounts on classes to new adoptees & try to support wherever/whenever we can!

Community Service is important to us!
